Notes & Comments

I ran this as a nice, leisurely training run, with a 3.1 mile steady-state run at the end. It worked well, despite the heat. Actually, the heat wasn't too bad, but I was thirsty. Notes for next time:
- Remember to put on sunscreen
- Take lip salve
- Don't be afraid to spend a few extra seconds drinking at water stations
- Bring along extra electrolyte tablets for after the race.

But I felt great, especially over the last few miles. "You don't even look like you're trying!" :)
