Aiming for 7:20s and nailed it reasonably comfortable. Headwind for last few miles so couldn't pick up the pace from mile 10, but didn't suffer as much as most others. 20mph winds but the course was largely sheltered. Happy with a near 3 minute PB ahead of Manchester marathon, more improvement to
