A very enjoyable 10 miles...40 secs to cross start line then 5 miles easy with 80min pacers 40'37 ..... intended 5x7min/mile(35mins) for 2nd half, to test hip.Ran 36 without really hurting myself so very happy and present training is WORKING. I might not have even been 36 for 2nd half as I forgot to stop watch at finish line
