Our 3rd yr of taking part in this really well organised walk/run navigation event. 26miles ish to either walk, run or a mixture of the two around some of brums canal network. A very strong pace held right the way through today which allowed us to take an over an hour off last yrs time. Reduced our checkpoint times and ate on the move for most of the day. Mrs G's long legs certainly out lasted mine on this one, would have preferred to run it. The old chicken legs couldn't have gone any faster without breaking into a slow jog.
