Reading parkrun

Woke up feeling pretty good this morning... I put that down to only drinking 3 beers all day yesterday. It's amazing how much difference a few drinks makes.

Started off a little fast but soon settled into a pretty consistent pace and finished pretty strong too. Sub-18 is definitely back within my sights now.
