Trail Marathon of Wales Barrie ran with me and offered a lot of support. I probably would have been a lot slower if not for him. Disappointed to not beat last years time but I didn't do as much training. I slumped around the same point (14 miles) as last time but my slump wasn't as bad. Unfortunately I finished on a slump as well feeling pretty low.
