Stupid watch died at 17.97 so no idea of actual distance covered but needless to say it was an amazing day with my llittle sis and we ran every step of the way together with me nagging in her ear constantly!

Consistent first 9 miles in approx 7:53 and then took it slightly easier cos i knew a sub 4 was on the cards if i could keep her going. Well done jen x
