OMG, that's the toughest Half Marathon I think I've done but well chuffed with the time and performance. Finishers reckon that whatever time you normally run, then add at least 10 mins. Lets put some hills in and then some more just for good measure and then just a few more to keep your heart pumping. Great event, well marshalled and Jonathan Edwards as guest starter, musn't grumble. Mind you a nice Hamlet and glass of vino has just topped it off. Love this running lark ;-)
