Back down to earth with a bump. Didn't feel this today, didn't feel like there was any point where running felt comfortable. I probably attacked the mile a little quicker than I should have and the hills up to mile 4 and then 6 and 7 felt difficult. Total climbing of around 680 feet today. The heat also seemed difficult as I've clearly got used to running in colder conditions. Got a PB by one second but can't say I'm particularly chuffed about it.

Good effort Steve - gotta remember Manchester wasn't that long ago. And still a PB on what looks like a challenging course.
