The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Self Transcendence 10k Battersea Park 35:36 8th 2nd V50. NHRR V50 record
This was my first target race this year so a little into the unknown. Had hoped to run around 36:30 and set off with that plan on the 4 lap course. Running with 2 others and feeling comfortable I decided to tuck in and hope they would drag me round. Pleasantly surprised by lap 4 to be pulling away to chase Tony Tuohy home. === 1) 0.61m - 3:26(5:36/m) 183/201bpm 64cal 2) 0.63m - 3:38(5:49/m) 189/206bpm 68cal 3) 0.62m - 3:33(5:44/m) 178/204bpm 66cal 4) 0.63m - 3:35(5:42/m) 171/174bpm 67cal 5) 0.62m - 3:38(5:49/m) 173/175bpm 66cal 6) 0.63m - 3:37(5:43/m) 175/178bpm 68cal 7) 0.62m - 3:34(5:43/m) 178/180bpm 67cal 8) 0.61m - 3:32(5:45/m) 180/181bpm 66cal 9) 0.62m - 3:36(5:46/m) 180/182bpm 67cal 10) 0.62m - 3:28(5:37/m) 184/188bpm 67cal
