Watfd-tramore Race. Intended running 60mins. 7.5 mls @ 8min mile pace. Died at mile 6-7.... abit surprised as we had run very easy on run in (9'15 pace) so I thought 8min pace would be ok for race. Groin reasonably ok, just ran out of energy.Tough last mile.. Sprint at finish so I hope Groin will be ok tomorrow.
