Notes & Comments

Ickworth 10K - part of the Hoohaa series. Now tempted to attempt all three for a hoodie! Quite an enjoyable run today with J, although feeling the exertions of yesterday's parkrun and 9K walk in the afternoon. The injury was kept reasonably at bay considering all the recent exercise and if anything was better than last week later on in the day, so that's reassuring. Followed by a nice cream tea (minus the cream). Lovely, varied route, although quite a few hills none seemed quite as steep to me as the Wimpole hill, so managed to keep running quite well up all of them. Ran it 'comfortably hard' and managed to maintain conversation. A good run. First mile was all downhill!
