Thames Towpath 10. Wasn't sure if I was going to run this one, or if it was a good idea once I'd started. Knew a PB wasn't likely as still felt a bit weak from this stomach bug I've had. Settled into a comfortablish 7:30/m pace and decided not to push it until the last mile. Feeling pretty low on energy by the time I crossed the line.

Bit of a knee niggle in left knee now I've finished.
