Country to capital! Good run, although long rough patch from about mile 16 to 30 ish. But started to force myself to run more as I was getting passed so much, and took back alot of people. Last 5 miles got chatting, and finished very stongly. THen drove home from marylbone and Xmas party. Left knee very stiff the following morning, but otherwise just a bit sore generally. Good fun!
