Notes & Comments

Elan Valley 10 mile race. Sunny, and very mild for late November. Lots of water coming over the dam, river and streams full and fast-flowing, leaaves turning colour, altogether very pretty. Got ahead of 2 women around mile 2 or 3, one of them in my age group, the other younger. Stayed ahead until about mile 8/9, when the F70 overtook me - hadn't enough left to get her back - but stayed ahead of the other, also of a M70 who I didn't even know was there.
Sombrero
Well done. A PB and the 700 miles in the same day. :-)
Unity
Well done - and time to admire the scenery.
