Notes & Comments

Slow to start as ambulance had to get through the crowds in the first km, picked up a couple of blisters by 4k and that was the end of my race.
Had to backoff on any downhill or sharp bends which as my luck would have it appeared from everywhere.

On a positive note i felt strong throughout and there was plenty left in the tank. Just a frustrating day at the office :(
