A lovely run around the Henfield area in East Sussex. Seems to be a good introduction to trail running; it's fairly flat (despite the elevation tool indocating otherwise) with no major climbs, and there is a good mix of terrain underfoot ranging from roads to country trails, mud, long grass and well kept fields. It's also very pretty. Most enjoyable.
