Hatfield Broad Oaks 10k, 4th in 33-58. Eased up the training for this race as I wanted to knock out something fast. Halfway in 16-50, 5 miles 27-22, had to dig deep to squeeze under 34 minutes. Did my first ever race in sunglasses, they worked well, felt a lot less tense in the upper body.
