Edinburgh HM.

Quite mystified as to how I achieved that considering no long runs, very low mileage, no speedwork and injured for the past two months.

Perhaps a new training strategy as that's my fastest HM in three years!

Genuinely comfortable all the way. Worked harder in last two but was still in control. Passed tons of people and felt great :)

Walked away feeling like I had barely run.

Deliberately didn't stop my watch until the second mat so official time 1.39.04.

Bonkers.
