Clashmore 5 Ran with Ciara... enjoyed the run with her...Early Fathers day present 
.... Brilliant running from her. We held back for the hill ... and she ran some hill mile !!!!!!!

1. 7'51 144/156....
2. 7'49 15'40 160/161....
3. 7'55 23'35 167/166....
4. 8'30 32'05 167/166.... marker not in correct place as I knew by Hr we should have hit it at 31ish....but just in case I pushed it a bit more for last mile ..
5. 6.15 38'20 170/173... no way did we run 6.15 last mile so 4 mile was definitely in wrong place..
