due to miscommunication most of the field ran 2 laps instead of one so 4.3 miles became 5.5 miles. I still had heavy legs from the marathon so I decided to pack it in at 2.6 miles and do an interval session about 2 miles of 0.1 mile sprints with 0.1 recovery jogs in between to see how much speed is left in the legs. I also messed up the auto laps, 1.5km instead of 1 mile.
