RYAN_M This was my main race on Sports Day... and I won it!! Yaaaaaaay!! :o) Really wanted to get under 10mins but with the heat and the grass track I may have been asking to much! Well pleased with the result anyway as I lapped everyone apart from the guy in 2nd but still beat him by 2-300 metres. Just worked it out - Course was approximately 100 yards to long!! It was 1.99miles, 3000m is 1.89miles.
