Ha! Ha! my gps had exact 5k..great!!hope they leave course now as its just right..best ive ran for ages..chuffed..held back middle k's maybe a lack of confidence due to poor form..last k of 4.18 im delighted with..yeee-hah!!

Lisrun My 5th time *Update* very close to predicted time ! Course alteration to keep us away from the road and it shortened the course to 3.08m. Had a very slow start then speeded up
