Cookie 45:14 watch time. Legs felt haevy after Sutton yesterday so took it steadily to begin with but picked things up. Through halfway in 22:15 in keeping with recent Bushy park times. Felt really good in the last 5k back along the prom into a headwind. 22:59, just 5 seconds slower than yesterday's second half. Pleased with time but would have liked to be under 45. But it's not all about racing. had beer and chips after with Bobs and Flr and I met the lovely Cinders too.
