Colinzealuk Interesting concept. 12 laps of a standard (but poor quality) one lane track. The idea is to predict your time before starting out with the winner being the runner closest to their predicted time (although you are supposed to challenge yourself!!) In addition, starts are staggered with the slowest runner starts first and the fastest last with the aim that everyone should finish at the same time. Anyway, well behind where I should have been as I started the last lap, but a burst over the last 200m left me beating my predicted time by 14 hundreths of a second. Hows that for a decent prediction!
