Alex Patton Pretty pleased with this - was 3rd fastest on the day and managed to knock my time from last month down by 25 secs - despite feeling quite stiff from track on thursday. It probably helped that conditions were much drier than last month. Will aim to go sub-19 when I next do this again in 2 months time.
