Baza As long as I can beat last years 28:14 Oh and my clubmate, I'll be happy!! *Update1* Change of plan and venue, this year its only 5K so I've adjusted my prediction accordingly. Great run after a massage in the morning. Warm conditions didn't help but at least it wasn't windy. 1st mile was uphill as well but had a fast finish. Unfortunately my clubmate beat me....again! Don't think I'll be able to pull back anytime on Sunday.

HowFar? A warm day and a reasonable hill to run up at the start of this - combined with the cumulative effects of the previous 3 days racing - made for a hard run today. Managed to hold my position in the overall standings and maybe gain a bit of time on the bloke infront of me, so quite happy with that.
