SPKoF My 100th race for Long Eaton Running Club. Those people who bet on me really should have looked at the event website. This is about the hardest 5 mile course in the midlands. I'll try for you but don't hold your breath! Sorry guys - I was 1:30 quicker than last year on this course but couldnt pull out a PB.
