jamesstewart13 Apologies to the chaps who bet on me. Hamstring knack hit me, and hard, at 24km. After that it was a battle for survival and I struggled even to get in under 4 hours. Good race, good organisation, excellent Expo and decent crowds. Weather was perfect too, managed to get 1/2way in 1:43 but it was all downhill from 24km I am afraid.
