The Marple 10K Trail Run

Obigone Lovely little race organized by the good people of Marple, the time is my Garmin time for 10k 'cos unfortunately they set up the course the night before and someone kindly removed some markers resulting in all the runners getting lost and running an extra 0.6km! Anyway still a good race along the Middlewood Way and back down the canal for a well earned free pint and butty at the Ring 'o Bells public house!
