Alan Damn hilly, but another PB! I think the only flat part of this course was the start and finish, good fun though with the drizzle helping out a lot.

Ramfan Very undulating,switchback course but the predicted heavy rain held off until after the run. Quite pleased with the time as I'm not too fond of hills and was expecting to be over an hour.
