pinkladykat i have no idea what to put just going out to have fun little once frist race he is doing 1 mile im just doing the 3 to see how it will be to race for my big run is in 2 weeks frist marathon race is done first race i have ever done i only did the run and some just did the bike no one did both was to diffrent race but what a great day im soooooo cold im not sure i like xcountry i think road running i will stay at but son won his frist ever run and he loved it
