c-a-t-d excellent run! felt strong all the way even at the end with a hairy bloke breathing down me neck! had a stitch about 4miles in but soon forgot about it.. faster on home stretch than way out.. felt brill after the turn. excellent run for me!

Ultracat my watch time, flatish out and back course, good trail path for most of it. I did not like the dark tunnel. Garmin says not quite 10 miles but there was a long tunnel to go through.
