RununMan Quite an interesting race, only finally decided to do it on the day and pleased that i did. Snape is a really nice little village plus the weather was good. The 10k is a flat multi terrain fun run - a mixture of road, fields and farm tracks. Medal at the end and sarnies in the village hall. Ran okay but not great, did it as a training run for gnr with 2m wu and wd - legs felt a little tired not sure if this was from the fields or having had a late night!? Finished 8th overall, not that many runners but would do it again.
