Jogging Jon Mud gloriuos mud, nothing quite like it for cooling the blood follow me, follow - No actually I followed most of the others. This was my first x-country adventure since school over 25 years ago. The event was held at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, we had to run four times around a very muddy and wet course which included a nasty hill at the end - lovely.

Team Win Came 18th. 6th runner home for the club. Felt really good first 2 laps but struggled on the last 2 in the heavy mud.
