craigo see how we go on this one !!! forgot my racing shoes,(never done that before)ended up running in shoes nearly 3 times the weght and with over 3000miles of traning in them to boot..Well never mind a good event and with correct shoes would have done at least 3 mins quicker

mikep Really enjoyed this event.Well organised, good facilities,testing course. First 3.5 miles up hill. Last three down hill.Managed to run each of these final miles in under 7 minutes - well chuffed with this and my time- a PB.Felt that I could run for the first time since the Robin Hood marathon.
