Mushy Felt really good despite aching calf and being a bit heavy...

Puffing Bertie I felt really tired and rough before but once i got arted i felt ok. Managed to hold a good pcae for the first 2 miles and lost the guy in the black shirt. Then at about mile 4 they all started to get me........but i managed to keep a decent pace and kept going up school hill, once that was over it was a nice flat finish. I was pleased with that time but i know it will take a lot to match it, specially as i felt sick twice and was so worried about a repeat performance of Burnham half !
