ajw First race, afetr only a few months of running. was a bit under the weather and given the nature of the course time wasn't bad. something to build on.

CottamRunner Really odd course - steep downhill aspects early on - then quite flat in comparison, then a gradual climb towards the finish. Not really a good, indicative PB.
