Lisrun I love this race. Lovely mainly off road course and great food afterwards. *Update* A lovely run. Sun was out, hardly any wind, jyst great.

Screeners what a great run by the coast, really enjoyed it. Running on beach was hard, very windy on cliff top paths and muddy and slippy through the Dene but felt fairly strong throughout and finished with a sprint. Lovely relaxed atmosphere to the race so no pressure, nice marshalls and a lovely cup of tea and fruit cake at the finish. So glad I made the effort to do this. And proceeds go to local hospital so it was for a very good cause too.
