Royton Tandle Hill Trail Race 5.5 mile (approx) Multi-Terrain Race

DANBERT This was a superb 5 1/2 mile course run mainly over tracks and parkland paths. The last 2 miles had nearly 500 feet of climbing in them. luckily i knew it was coming and held back and managed to pick quite a lot of people off on the last mile especially.
