Lisrun Very hot day ! 3K lap followed by a 7K lap. Not the most attractive scenery I have seen, but apart from a couple of bridges it was flat with K markers. Could have done with more water stations given the temperature. Tee-shirt and crisps (on a boiling hot day) to all finishers. Ran with Charlotte.
