Radcliffe 5 Mile Trail Race

DANBERT This was a different course than in previous years and whilst it wasn't as fast as the old 5 mile course i thought it was better. This course went out on the Outwood Trail (the old railway line) but took in an undulating loop of Hurst Wood which was the business.

Mud Rocs Great trail run in the Irwell Valley - out and back - fairly flat - apart from the undulating middle mile which I found tough after yesterday - tired but well satisfied at the end. Rest tomorrow! Results - sneaked into the top half 29th out of 61!
