Jodes Quite hard race I thought. Winding up hill then steep downhill (that nearly popped my knee even though it was strapped up). Amazing atmosphere tho, everyone is a star at Race 4 Life. Well done ladies!!

Pink Podrunner My first race! Woohoo! very pleased that I managed to run all the way round without my calve giving up (although its killing now - currently icing it) feel brilliant now, first 1k was a bit of a struggle and near the end but I managed to sprint over the finish line, can't wait to get fitter and faster!
