Alex Patton Another great local race - it will be such a shame if this ceases to exist, as is threatened. My lungs were burning for the first 20 minutes, having done no running this week, and nothing substantive since New Year, but gradually worked my way into it. 3 major climbs, but all runnable. Ended up 8th after a nice hurtle down the final hill
