CottamRunner Second 5k race in 2 days - and ran well. 18 mins at 3 miles - but then the last 0.11 miles was closer to 0.2! Cost me a sub-19 ... but placed 7th so still pleased. :o) Splits: 3.31 / 3.52 / 3.43 / 3.43 / 3.49 (18.38) / 0.41 = 19.19
