Cat the Dog Lover Time will obviously depend on how steep the hills are, how good the view is on the day and whether I survived Alton Towers the previous day! (I may still be a jibbering wreck!) No alton towers as an excuse. Just bliddy steep hills!

Rigel Aargh! Uphills were bad but downhills were even worse... couldn't run on them at all as really aggravated existing injury. Very disappointing time.
