jolguk 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon in June? Bloody sweltering. I was even slower than last week. I have to say the fact that I wasn't sick probably means I could have tried a bit harder, and it was easy to do a sprint finish. Sorry to the person who bet on me, but I'm nowhere near PB standard at the moment.

Luiz Terrible run, it was just too hot. My initial plan was to go for 27 mins. After 2km, I revised this to finishing without dying
