Smout Swim an bike include transition. Wet cold weather! Swim no too bad - kept swimming into folk an wee bit bashed from behind. Stopped early for a look an try for clear space. Not too hot with the front crawl, some / lots breaststroke in middle an a bit of side floaty mermaid like kicking :-o Need to sort that out and get my own MTB before next year :-) an hope the cut on my foot heals soon! 17th / 5th lady :-)
