Evil Rich the Dog Dazer Wonderful day for it, views were fantastic, the slurry was smelly, the running was wonderful. Not much training done recently, but the BG legs were still there on the ups and I managed to run all but the first steep climb...bit slow on the downs still.

leekjo Fab sunny day, very wet mud so slow times apparently..... I knocked 6mins off though! Very happy with 2nd lady (52nd overall)

Northern Exile Not a good race. Dehydrated to start with, also carrying ongoing glute injury. Fell over and jarred back after first long ascent, struggled for remainder of race. Not one for the scrapbook.
