1408 31 seconds slower than earlier in the year, so i am pleased with the result as earlier in the year i felt a lot fitter. The conditions were similar, Cold and windy. GPS 4.68m 93/126 which is way down on earlier in the year.

bill g 4.79 miles, xc run with the pls, the weather stayed nice till the end and it poured down to cool me off, the course was nice and flat apart from one long hill and time was superb. my best time ever on runs coming in at 7.42 average per mile which is great fo me which i am pleaded at.
